Lady Gaga recently published a photo collage on TikTok in which she recalled unpleasant memories from her studies at New York University.
Rumors about the existence of a closed Facebook group called “Stefani Germanotta, you will never be famous” have been circulating in the media for years. The group, founded by 12 people, aimed to mock Lady Gaga – whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta. The group members included her peers from college. The Facebook group has long since been deleted, but screenshots remain online.
Lady Gaga had some bad experiences during her studies. “Don’t give up when people doubt you”
Although many years have passed since that event, Lady Gaga decided to return to the past, using her experience as a lesson for others. On TikTok, in one of the frames of the collage, she posted a screenshot of the aforementioned group, and in the other – a list of her impressive achievements. These include an Oscar, two Golden Globes, 13 Grammy Awards, 10 Billboard Music Awards and 18 MTV Music Video Awards.
Lady Gaga also posted a telling post underneath the collage.
“(…) you can’t give up when people doubt you or put you down – you have to keep going,” wrote Lady Gaga.
