Everything is clear now! We know what Dua Lipa will bring to Open’er

“A few years ago, a friend introduced me to the term ‘radical optimism’. The concept appealed to me, and the more I put it into practice, the more curious I became. At the same time, I was delving into the history of psychedelic music, trip hop and Britpop. Everything This accompanied me during the recording sessions,” he says Dua Lipa about the circumstances of the album’s creation in a press release.

On the disc “Radical Optimism”, on the cover of which the artist poses in the sea with a shark’s dorsal fin, will contain 11 songs (including the already known singles “Training Season” and “Houdini”). Songs thanks to which listeners can find joy and strength to overcome even the most difficult situations. Among them is the hit song “Houdini”, which premiered in November 2023.

For project Dua invited a team of permanent collaborators, including: Caroline Ailin, Danny L. Harle, Tobias Jesso Jr. The producer of the album was Kevin Parker from Tame Impala.

Warehouse “Rolling Stone” he called the album “pop bliss”, while noting that it is “one of a kind, 100% Dua Lipa, i.e. self-confident dance pop”.

Some of the songs from the new album will probably be heard during the concert in Poland. It’s July 4th Dua Lipa will appear on stage Open’er Festival. Two years ago, her appearance at the event was canceled due to a huge storm.
