When the Italian’s mother – Giuliana – announces her visit, the lovers will panic. Especially Ania – convinced that the Sicilian “mamma” will not like her at all.
“- I have my theory… She’s coming here to deal with me!”
And when Giuliana (played by Angela Ottone) finally arrives in Poland… she will immediately start persuading her son to return to his homeland and to his “real” home.
“- Why is it so terribly cramped?… I don’t like your apartment… I’m sorry, but… is this country really worth it?

– You have a beautiful house with a garden in Sicily! You would be better off there!
– This is my home… We are happy here…
– I hope…”
