Krzysztof Iwaneczko He became known to a wide audience in 2015 thanks to the program “The Voice of Poland”. His performance during the blind auditions was touching Edyta Górniak with its performance “The Stranger” by Dawid Podsiadło. To this day, it is one of the most popular performances in the history of the Polish edition of the talent show (16 million views).
Ultimately, Iwaneczko joined the team Maria Sadowska and reached the finals of the TVP program, which he ultimately won. – I would definitely like to build on a solid jazz foundation, smuggle in some soul and funk influences, but there will also be a few ballads – he told Interia right after the program.
However, we had to wait a long time for his album. Likewise for a concert tour. The musician’s first single titled “Toną” was released in 2018. On the way we also received the number “Give us a moment” recorded with Paulina Sykut-Jeżyna, created for the film “The Fake Fiance”. In 2018, he also made his debuts at the Opole Festival.
On January 18, 2019, Ivaneczka’s long-awaited debut was released. “I am”. It was released on the artist’s label ID Music. In 2020, his album recorded with Krzysztof Herdzin – “ORIGAMI”. The material was created during the lockdown. In mid-2021, he recorded a joint song with Kayah – “Don’t divide us.”
Krzysztof Iwaneczko is also a graduate of the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz in the jazz vocal class. At the end of 2021, he defended his Ph.D. The title of his work is: “Genre inspirations and their influence on original vocal work.” He is currently a lecturer at the university.
