Some time ago, the world was informed that Amazon had decided to create a series about Spider-Man, but not in the classic approach. The latest superhero production will focus on an alternative version of the hero, which we could see, among others, in the animated film “Spider-Man Universe” (in the original language version he lent his voice Nicolas Cage).
Spider-Man Noir first appeared in comics in 2009. The character was bitten by a spider from a stolen artifact. After this event, he began to have visions of the spider god from whom he received his powers.
Steve Lightfoot is the showrunner of the series, and Orien Uziel, who is also a writer and executive producer, will support him. The action is to be set in the 1930s in New York. Eight episodes have been announced.
Here are the latest photos from the set of the series:
The outfit directly refers to the version of the hero seen in the animated film “Spider-Man Universe”. At the moment, we don’t know the exact release date yet.
