Freshmen, Ben (Nico Hiraga) and Jamie (Kiernan Shipka), they try to find their way in a new situation and arrange their student life. At the same time, they cannot fully let go of the past and are still attached to their high school crushes. After realizing that these relationships limit them, the friends decide to “break up” with their partners the night before Thanksgiving. Ben and Jamie test the limits of their friendship, trying to end their past relationships at all costs – we learn from the official description Max.
Starring “School loves” (“Sweethearts”) starred: Kiernan Shipka, known from the series “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina”, and Nico Hiraga, whom viewers may recognize from the movie “Melange School”. The remaining roles will feature actors such as Caleb Hearon, Tramell Tillman, Ava Demary, Charlie Hall, Joel Kim Booster and Christine Taylor.
New Max is the directorial debut of Jordan Weiss. She co-wrote the screenplay with Dan Brier.
The film “School Love” debuted on the Max platform.
