One small step for Deadpool, one big step for Disney? “Deadpool & Wolverine” Rated R!

Ryan Reynolds openly says that he is surprised that Disney gave the creators of “Deadpool & Wolverine” a free hand and a lot of freedom. In an interview, the actor spoke very positively about this decision.

“I'm really proud of them for doing this. I think it's a huge step for them. It adds a whole different color to the kaleidoscopic wheel that is this company and the different people they've been entertaining forever,” Reynolds commented in an interview with Fandago “.

It turns out that the actor is not only proud, but also very grateful for the steps Disney has taken to ensure that this story is properly told.

“But I was surprised that they released us as a heavy R… but I'm very grateful. I mean, there's no other way to do it. Given this character and this world, and especially Logan, which is also a movie rated R, I felt it was the fullest version of Wolverine.”

Shawn Levy will be the director and announced that there is no special preparation required for his latest production. The main roles will be played by Ryan Reynolds – Deadpool and Hugh Jackman – Wolverine.

“Deadpool & Wolverine” will debut in cinemas on July 26.
