Among them is the screenwriter and the showrunner became Francesca Gardiner, who in earlier years worked on such works as “Transporter”, “Medici: Lord of Florence” or “Dark Materials”. The woman also served as a consultant with the award -winning series “Succession”. Behind the camera at several episodes will stand Mark Mylod, which was responsible for directing, among others A few episodes of “Game of Thrones”, the “succession” or film “Menu”.

The series will perform: Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, Arabella Stanton will play Hermione Granger, and Alastair Stout became Ron Weasley, John Lithgow As Albus Dumbledore, and in the role of Mineral McGonagall we will see the winner of the Tony and Golden Globe award – Janet McTeer. Bafta Paapa Essied will play the role of Severus Snape. As Rubeus Hagrida we will see Nick Frost.

Creating such a production and the occurrence of it is a challenge. Huge expectations of fans and a high bar by previous performers of the beloved heroes are a huge responsibility, as Nick Frost told.

The actor admitted that he did not intend to copy the performance of Robbie Coltrane. In an interview with Collider Frost, he explained:

“I do not intend to try and do something different, I think that you have to respect the topic, but in this performance there is a field to show off for trifles. I have always read Hagrid as loved, lost, violent, funny, warm child. I think that the beauty of the possibility of adapting one book for the season means that I can explore it much more and I can’t wait,” he said.

Nick Frost is a British actor, comedian and screenwriter. He appeared in the TV series “Spaced” and in the movie “Flash of Living Dead”, where he performed with Simon Pegg. His other recognizable roles are those in “Hot Fuzz – sharp dogs” and “This is the end” – the series and all three films were directed by a friend of both comedians – Edgar Wright.
