Romantic comedy with Danuta Stenka starring, based on the novel of the same title by Katarzyna Grochola. “Never in my life” with a script by Ilona Łepkowska appeared on cinema screens in February 2004 and remained in viewers’ memories for many years.
For many fans of romantic comedies, this is a production that is approached with sentiment, a little melancholy, and certainly returns with joy. For the younger generation, it is the story of a brave woman who is ready for a lot to change her fate.
The young generation’s fascination with this production is clearly evidenced by one of the recent trends on TikTok, which was based on the idea of ”giving up everything, buying a small house and moving away from the big city.”
Of course, this is a reference to the film’s plot, showing the life of journalist Judyta, who copes with work and raising her daughter. In the meantime, she divorces her husband and finds new love in a new place.
On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the film’s premiere, Cinema City will screen “Never in a Lifetime” in selected cinemas as part of the “Ladies Night” series on March 14. A few days earlier, on March 5 and 7, the film will be available to watch on the Polsat Film channel.
