“We try as much as possible to use our vegetables, fruits and everything that grows in our garden. We take great care of it. We have been running the farm for over fifteen years, since Kalinka was born. It was then that the first vegetables and fruits of our own began to appear on our table. It is an ecological farm that we use all year round. We expand it every year, and it is a lot of fun, but also hard work,” she explained.
The artist admitted that restrictive diets are not for her, but also emphasized that she does not use the offers of fast food chains. Her meals are mainly based on vegetables and fruit: “I have never been on a diet. I have never been to McDonald’s either. I learned my natural diet, my desire for what I eat, what I like and want to eat, at home. Our meals have always been based on vegetables and fruit.”
The key element of a healthy diet is moderation. The singer does not deny herself sweet pleasures when she wants them. While on tour, she sometimes eats some chocolate: “On tour, sometimes I allow myself chocolate because I feel like I need some sugar. So I have chocolate with my coffee in the morning.”
A healthy diet is also accompanied by a solid dose of exercise. Urbańska starts every day with yoga and pilates. Thanks to this, she is able to maintain such an impressive figure and take care of her fitness and well-being.
