In Monday’s episode of “Millionaires” on Polsat, Emilia Siwoń from Warsaw appeared on the chair next to Hubert Urbański. The participant had previously supported her mother from the audience, and now she decided to play for a million herself. Unfortunately, her expectations were too high. Emilia was already defeated by the first question!
Hubert asked a resident of Warsaw a question for PLN 500: “What digit is to the left of the decimal point in the decimal expansion of pi?”
The correct answer, of course, was B, i.e. 3. Emilia explained that she knew what the number pi was, but unexpectedly she marked the answer A, i.e. 1. The host announced the end of the game, and the studio audience watched in disbelief.
“And you had to read the question twice”, “The sides must have been wrong, because the first one on the right is number one”, “Poor thing, she got the wrong sides because she knew the answer. Definitely stressful”, “Even a stressed person is able to answer this question correctly” – comments appeared on the Internet.
Emilia from Warsaw’s performance in “Millionaires” was hailed as the shortest in history!
