Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer first met on a film set in 2013. However, it was only six years later that their paths crossed again and the actress and screenwriter confirmed their relationship.
“The day I met her, everything changed,” said Kristen Stewart, known from films such as “Twilight”, “Hall for Life”, “Spencer”, in 2019 on Howard Stern’s show. “I met her on a movie set years ago, but then I didn’t see her for six years. She showed up unexpectedly at my friend’s birthday party. My reaction was, ‘Where have you been until now and why don’t I know you?’
The public learned that Stewart and Meyer were in a relationship when paparazzi took a photo of them on the street. Meyer confirmed their relationship later, writing on Instagram: “You can find me under the covers, hiding from the police for happiness.”
They made their first official appearance as a couple at The Hollywood Reporter party on March 7, 2022, before the Oscars. Stewart was then nominated for Best Actress in a Leading Role. She was honored for her role as Princess Diana in the film “Spencer”.

Stewart was exceptionally candid about her relationship during her interview with the aforementioned Howard Stern. She mentioned that she would definitely marry Meyer someday.
“The first time I told her I loved her was when we were at a bar and her friends had already left and I said, ‘Gosh, I’m in love with you. It wasn’t a ‘big deal’, besides… it showed on me.”
The actress joked that she would definitely propose to her partner. As it turned out, she joked so often that Meyer finally took the initiative and asked her to marry him. In 2024, in an interview with Rolling Stone, Stewart admitted that she wanted to be a mother.
“I don’t know what my family will be like, but there is no way I won’t have children. I want it to happen.”
On April 20, 2025, Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer married in an intimate ceremony. The couple’s closest friends (including Ashley Benson) and their families took part in the ceremony.
