Movie “For knives” is an intricately constructed mix of mystery and drama taking place around the famous crime writer, Harlan Trombley, who is found dead in his estate after celebrating his 85th birthday.
The investigation is ongoing reliable detective Benoit Blanc, famous for his elegance and inquisitiveness. Blanc quickly discovers that each member of Trombley's eccentric family and their devoted maid may have a reason to wish him dead. In an atmosphere full of mutual suspicion and envy, the detective uses his unusual investigative methods to solve the mystery. Locked in a luxurious mansion, family members take part in a dangerous game whose goal is to discover the real killer.
In the second part of the series, the film “Glass Onion” Detective Benoit Blanc solves the probleman oil puzzle in the style known from Agatha Christie's novels, in which a large group of suspects appears. This time the film takes place in Greece. Craig's on-screen partners include: Dave Bautista, Edward Norton, Ethan Hawke, Janelle Monáe, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., KateHudsonMadelyn Cline and Jessica Henwick.
The third part of Rian Johnson's film series is to be titled “Wake Up Dead Man” and will be the most dangerous puzzle that Benoit will have to solve. Of course, Daniel Craig returns in the main role, and filming is scheduled to start soon. The premiere is scheduled for 2025. Like the second part, this one will be available on Netflix.
