In a photo posted on Instagram Gunna apart from him and producer Peter Safran, eleven actors are present.
They are David Corenswet (Superman), Rachel Brosnahan (Lois Lane), Nicholas Hoult (Lex Luthor), Skyler Gisondo (Jimmy Olsen), Sara Sampaio (Eve Teschmacher), Terence Rosemore (Otis), María Gabriela de Faría (The Engineer) , Edi Gathegi (Mr. Terrific), Isabela Merced (Hawkgirl), Anthony Carrigan (Metamorpho) and Nathan Fillion (Guy Gardner).
Several cast members were missing from the photo, including Sean Gunn, who would play the businessman Maxwell Lord, and Milly Alcock, who was cast as Supergirl.
Filming for “Superman: Legacy” is scheduled to begin in March 2024. The film will be the first installment of the new DC cinematic universe. Plot details are not known yet. Gunn has revealed in the past that one of his main inspirations was the comic book “All-Star Superman” by Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely. The premiere is scheduled for July 11, 2025.
