It’s going to be a sad evening. Draconian celebrates its 30th anniversary at concerts in Poland

Draconian they play gothic metal filled with only the darkest colors, and if that wasn’t enough, they willingly add death-doom fights to finally emotionally torture the listener,” we read in the announcement.

Two concerts in Poland (October 31, Hydrozagadka in Warsaw; November 11, Hype Park in Krakow) will take place as part of the concert tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the band’s existence.

The Swedish band from Säffle combines gothic metal with death and doom in their work. The achievements close with the seventh album “Under A Godless Veil” from 2020.

They are in their current line-up Anders Jacobsson (vocal), Johan Ericson (guitar), returning to the band Lisa Johansson (clean vocals), Jerry Torstensson (drums), Daniel Arvidsson (since 2022 he plays bass, previously he played rhythm guitar) and Niklas Nord (guitar).

Germans will appear as special guests at both performances in Poland Nailed to Obscurity (melodic death metal and doom metal) and the Greeks from Fragment Soul (progressive metal and doom metal).
