Creators Glastonbury Festival announced that they will play on the main stage during the next edition Dua Lipa, Coldplay, SZA and Shania Twain. Let us remind you that SZA was the headliner of last year’s Polish festival Open’er Festival.
One of the most anticipated festivals in Europe will start on June 26 and will last four days. A year ago, the organizers were criticized for the lack of a main female star – in 2024 there will certainly be no such problem. Concert tickets have been sold out for a long time.
Dua Lipa will perform as a headliner for the first time – just a dozen or so hours earlier, the singer announced her third album, “Radical Optimism”. “I’ve dreamed about this moment all my life,” Lipa admits on Instagram.
In addition to the main stars of the festival mentioned above, the stages will feature, among others: LCD Soundsystem, PJ Harvey, Michael Kiwanuka, Afrobeats, Janelle Monáe, The National, Disclosure, The Streets, Avril Lavigne, Nothing But Thieves, Jessie Ware, Justice, Jamie XX, Sampha, Bonobo.
The list of artists may still expand – recently it has been rumored that the 84-year-old would perform at Glastonbury Smokey Robinsonthe legend of soul and R&B.
