Edyta Węgiel she is a mother Roxie Coal (Look!) – one of the most popular Polish stars of the young generation. The 41-year-old activist ran for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Assembly in district no. 5, which covers Krosno and the following counties: Jasło, Brzozów, Krosno, Bieszczady, Lesko and Sanok.
In an interview with the Nowiny24 portal during the election campaign, the candidate revealed what her campaign goals were, as well as what she would like to change as a councilor of the local council. The most important thing for her is the future of the next generations. She added that she fully identified with the values presented by her party.
As we read on the website dobre.gov.pl, where 100% of the votes were already received, there were 8 seats up for grabs in the district. The singer's mother received only 195 votes (0.11%) in the district. This means that she was not elected.
Out of 59 candidates, she took 57th place in terms of the number of votes. The most of them were received in Jasło County – 102. This is where Roksana comes from.
Let us remind you that Roxie Węgiel was quite surprised by her mother's decision to run in the elections. At the same time, she assured her support.
“I support her very much in every decision she makes. I don't comment on political issues here because I am an apolitical artist and a person who works in the media, so I don't want to comment on my political views here, but I support my mother in everything. what she does,” she said in an interview with Plejada.
