Must it work? “Fallout” did not premiere, and a second season has already been announced

The April premiere of “Fallout” seems to be one of the most important this year. Not only fans of the game series are rubbing their hands, but also people who love post-apocalyptic climates. At the same time, they ask themselves whether the production will live up to expectations and not be another hyped-up series that is quickly forgotten.

Amazon seems to be convinced of the quality of its production, the next season of which was already confirmed yesterday. Where does the budget come from? It turns out that the California Film Commission has provided funds to support 12 television series that are being produced in California, which of course includes the latest Amazon series.

The games are set in the 22nd and 23rd centuries, amid the retrofuturistic realities of post-apocalyptic America. It directly harkens back to the 1950s, when people were truly afraid of nuclear war. Some of humanity lives in self-sufficient bunkers called “Vaults”. The series follows these leads, presenting the audience with three main characters: Lucy (an inhabitant of Vault 33), Ghoul (a loner wandering the Wasteland) and Maximus (a member of the Brotherhood of Steel). In these roles we can see: Ella PurnellWalton Goggins and Aaron Moten.

$153 million was allocated for the production of eight episodes of the series.

“Fallout” will debut on April 11 on the platform PrimeVideo. All eight episodes will be released on the same day.
