It's impossible to get bored in Wrocław! Even if we go to the city without a previously prepared sightseeing plan. In the city of meetings, there is something interesting and worth seeing on every corner. The market square is undoubtedly the heart of Wrocław. Not only is it teeming with life almost at all times of the day and night, but it is also home to the Cloth Hall, the City Hall building, unique in Europe, and the Museum of Burgher Art. Nature lovers cannot miss two impressive gardens: the Japanese and Botanical Gardens, and animals – the oldest ZOO in Poland. What else is a must-see? Of course, the bridges (Pokutnic and Tumski), the Racławice Panorama and the Centennial Hall. However, moving between all places will be made more pleasant by searching for unique dwarves that can be found on almost every corner. You can get tired, right? Well, it's time to rest.

It's hard to imagine a better place to relax than a water park. Especially since the Wrocław Aquapark is located close to the city center, more precisely – at ul. Borowska 99. It's about a 15-minute drive or bike ride from the market square or less than 40 minutes on foot. Recreational and sports swimming pools, spectacular slides, fitness rooms, gym… Something for everyone. But above all, the Saunarium. It is the Saunarium that distinguishes the Wrocław facility from others and makes it one of the most frequently visited water parks in Europe.

Finnish saunas, steam saunas (including aromatic saunas), biosaunas, baths, outdoor sauna, infrared sauna and many others. In the Wrocław Saunarium you will find several dozen different types of saunas.

First of all, it is worth visiting the Sauna Garden, because it is the largest in the country. Three saunas (Finnish and outdoor), two swimming pools (one with cool, the other with warm water), but also a sensory path made of stones and cones. What about after sauna? Of course, cooling the body, which can be done in one of the numerous and specially prepared places. The LUMI snow cave also performs this task very well.

You also can't miss aromatherapy. Sauna masters pour water with essential oils on hot stones, which the participants then inhale. Objective? Relaxation, strengthening, improvement of mood – all depending on the selected essential oil.

– Presents the course of the ceremony: intensity, duration and smells that will accompany participants during this event. After the announcement, the master of the ceremony pours water over the heated stones and places ice balls on which aromas are dispensed from which hot steam escapes. It is distributed using artistic movement to the rhythm of selected music. Using a towel or other attributes such as fans, leaves or flags, mulets. The smell envelops participants in the entire sauna cabin, explains Oskar Kusztal, leader of the Saunarium zone.

Another ideal place to relax is a jacuzzi under the stars, i.e. a warm bath combined with a hydromassage. What makes it stand out is, on the one hand, a Moroccan-style interior and, on the other hand, a ceiling with hand-painted stars. And there is silence around…

Another relaxation treatment is a sound ceremony, i.e. a relaxing session using Tibetan singing bowls, a gong and bells. It starts with low tones, and then gradually higher tones appear. Effect? Disappearing stress and reduced tension. Other places to relax? For example, the Lammin room (a relaxation zone separated from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by views of nature) or the brine graduation tower located in the Sauna Garden (the respiratory tract likes it!).

Less stress, greater body immunity, detoxification, improved circulation, skin condition and sleep quality, muscle relaxation – the benefits of sauna have been known for centuries and nothing has changed in this matter. Except that today we can do it in incomparably better conditions.
