Asterix on Olympic high heels – Style at INTERIA.PL

– Translating Asterix into Silesian was great fun. As always, Monsieur Goscinny gave some interesting puzzles for the translator – word games. The help of consultants on the Silesian side (four generations of Silesians helped) and the French side was useful. We finally have it! We're going to… Szpile Ôlimpid! – this is how Grzegorz Buchalik sums up the work on the translation.

The story of a Gallic settlement that bravely resists the Roman invaders is a must-have on the shelf of every comic book fan. The immortal French wit of the series created by René Goscinny and Albert Myślo has been attracting new generations of readers for many years, and the clever Asterix, the naive Obelix and their companions have become among the favorite heroes of the mass imagination.

Gale, I pretend to be the Romans and I send my braver boys – Asterix and Ôbelix. So how can I use the magical mishōng without the participants daring to take part in doping? Asterix competes in the competition, but without any help. The situation may be resolved by Fyrlokotlix's prompt… The story of a Gallic village, where Kero bravely fights against the Roman invaders, is definitely a must-see for every comic book fan.
