Zygmunt Chajzer at SerialCon! What production caught his attention?

Zygmunt Chajzer has been extremely popular for decades. The charismatic journalist stole the hearts of thousands of Poles with his professionalism, honesty and extraordinary sense of humor. He made his television debut in 1984, and a few years earlier he could already be heard on the radio. The 67-year-old has hosted various programs over the years, which fans remember fondly to this day.

Despite the passing years, the journalist is still professionally active, to the delight of his admirers. It moves with the times and is a true inspiration for generations. Time seems to have been extremely kind to him.

Just before the official Opening Gala, Zygmunt Chajzer told Interia what production he was looking forward to. On the same evening, an episode of the new HBO Max production – “To Kill a Miss” had its premiere in one of the rooms of Warsaw’s Kinoteka. The series tells the tragic story of a Polish model who died a tragic death. Agnieszka Kotlarska was Miss Poland 1991 and the first Polish woman with the title of Miss International.

“I was involved in this project myself. I witnessed accidents that took place many, many years ago and I am curious what the end result will look like.”

The presenter also revealed that he still has a screening ahead of him “Hevelius”which has not only been enjoying a lot of interest in recent weeks, but is also collecting a lot of positive opinions. However, this year is already behind him “Breslau” with Tomasz Schuchardt and Sandra Drzymalska in the main roles.

BNP Paribas Warsaw SerialCon is the first international series festival in Poland addressed to viewers and broadcasters of episodic productions, as well as the professionals who create them. The mission is to provide entertainment and education by popularizing the most valuable and original series productions from Poland and around the world. The aim is to support the domestic TV series industry with the first industry awards for Polish TV series in the country, awarded by an international jury.
