Will Game of Thrones return? There are a lot of spin-offs coming!

The world of Westeros has enormous potential for development. George RR Martin has created a vast world with stories and secrets waiting to be told. Therefore, no one should be surprised that fans are waiting for further productions that will fill the void left after the end “Game of Thrones”.

He will return to us in June “Dragon Bloodline”, which is the most famous spin-off of “Game of Thrones” and so far the only one that has come to fruition. Viewers loved the story of the Targaryen family, and the series has a second season, which will premiere on June 16.

One of the productions that is being prepared is an adaptation of the story “The Knight of the Seven Kingdoms” – focusing on Dunk (the knight) and Jaj (the squire). The action is set 90 years before the events known from “Game of Thrones”.

The next production is to be the live-action “Aegon Conquest” – taking place long before the events shown in “Road of the Dragon”, and also “10,000 Ships”, which will show us the defeat of the Rhoynar who wanted to face the Valyrians.

HBO wants to spoil its fans and is preparing not only live-action versions of series, but also animations. We will see the animated story of the Sea Serpent, whom we met in the first season of “Rogue of the Dragon”. Additionally, a “Golden Empire” series and a certain production are planned, which have not yet received an official or working title.

It will probably become clear in the coming months how many of these ambitious plans will actually come to fruition, and how many of them will share the fate of the Jon Snow spin-off.
