In the episode broadcast on March 22, viewers saw the so-called a family episode in which the participants invited their loved ones to the dance floor. This is always a special moment, because emotions go beyond the dance itself, and relationships and authenticity begin to play as important a role as technique. This time, however, the most emotional thing was the ending of the program.
After all the performances and after counting the jurors’ points and viewers’ votes, the hosts provided information that completely changed the course of the competition. “By decision of Polsat television, no one is saying goodbye to the program today,” announced Krzysztof Ibisz. This means that all pairs move on to the next stage, and the points and votes gained are transferred to the next week. In practice, such a decision raises the stakes, because the next episode may turn out to be even more demanding, and the differences between the participants will be more visible than before.
The family episode, as every year, showed the participants from a completely different side. Not only the stars and their dance partners appeared on the dance floor, but also people from their closest surroundings. This formula makes the choreographies more personal, and viewers can see the participants in a less formal, often more emotional way.
Among the performances, two stood out in particular and received the maximum number of points from the jury. Magdalena Boczarska, Jacek Jeschke and Mateusz Banasiuk impressed with their refined choreography and sense of stage, creating a coherent and dynamic arrangement that was very well received by the audience. The performances of Iza Miko, Albert Kosiński and Aleksander Mikołajczak were equally highly rated. Their dance was distinguished by lightness, energy and an idea that attracted attention from the first seconds.
Piotr Kędzierski with Magdalena Tarnowska and Kacper Porębski with Daria Syta received slightly lower scores. In their case, the jury pointed out elements that require improvement, which may be important in subsequent episodes, especially since all results will be retained and will affect further competition.
The decision not to eliminate makes the next episode very intense. All pairs remain in the game, but at the same time they must take into account that the previous results will not be reset. The judges’ points and audience votes carry over, meaning each subsequent performance will have even more significance.
The new episode of the program will be broadcast on March 29, and that’s when the first serious decisions may occur after this unexpected decision. Viewers can expect more pressure, more refined choreographies and even greater commitment of the participants, who will fight not only for the jury’s recognition, but also to stay in the program.
