“Adoration” – November 20

“Adoration” is a series for young people that tells the story of one summer during which the entire world of a group of teenage boys and girls turns upside down. The school year ends and the beautiful beaches of Savoy begin to fill with tourists when sixteen-year-old Elena, whose greatest desire was to escape from the province of the Pontic Fields, disappears. All of Elena’s friends know something they don’t want to reveal, they have some mysterious connection with the girl and could have had a hand in her disappearance. But this is only the beginning of a journey full of suspicions and shocking discoveries, during which the boys will have to face the truth about their relationships – and their own feelings.

“Parallel Mothers”

Janis and Ana – two parallel mothers who meet in the maternity ward. Being of different ages and social statuses, they establish a relationship that develops in a surprising way in the future, outside the walls of the hospital. Get ready for a shock – and also for a lot of emotions. This is the latest work by Pedro Almodóvar, one of the most important creators of European cinema, director of “All About My Mother”, “Talk to Her” and other classics. The film was enthusiastically received by critics and received two Oscar nominations, including for the role of Penélope Cruz.

“Capernaum”

In a neglected part of Beirut, 12-year-old Zain (Zain Al Rafeea) lives with his parents and several siblings. The boy works physically in the shop of a man who plans to marry his younger sister. “Dune: Prophecy” Season 1, episode November 1 – 18

The new HBO Original series is set in the Dune universe, created by acclaimed author Frank Herbert. The action takes place 10,000 years before the time of Paul Atreides. “Dune: Prophecy” follows the fate of two Harkonnen sisters who fight against forces that threaten the future of humanity. The women found a legendary order, which in the future would become famous as the Bene Gesserit order, we read in the description.
