Was Sharon Stone forced to perform intimate scenes? This was supposed to save the movie

Young and attractive Carly Norris moves into one of the apartments (Sharon Stone) – editor of a renowned publishing house. Soon the woman meets a handsome, intriguing man (William Baldwin), who becomes her lover. Carly doesn’t realize that her every move – like many other tenants – is closely watched by him.

“Sliver” is a film adaptation of the novel by Ira Levin. The film debuted in cinemas in 1993.

Sharon Stone’s latest conversation on the podcast “The Louis Theroux Podcast” received wide attention. The actress admitted that the late “Sliver” producer Robert Evans allegedly encouraged her to have intimate scenes with her on-screen partner, William (Billy) Baldwin. She touched upon this topic earlier in her autobiography “It’s Beautiful to Live Twice”, but at that time she did not provide specific names. She spoke more extensively in the above-mentioned podcast.

“He paraded around his office in sunglasses and explained to me that he had slept with Eva Gardner and that I should sleep with Billy Baldwin because if I slept with him, his game would improve and we needed Billy to play.” better because it was a problem,” Stone said.

“The real problem in the movie was me because I was so tense and I wasn’t like a real actress who could just fuck it and then everything would go back to normal,” she added.

William Baldwin, in response to Sharon Stone’s words, published an entry on the X platform. His words are full of malice towards the actress. He reveals that he has “dirty” on her.

“I’m not sure why Sharon Stone is still talking about me after all these years? Does she still have a crush on me, or is she still hurt after all these years that I rejected her advances? I have so much dirt on her that it would make her spin. head, but I remained silent,” we read.

Later in the post, Baldwin wonders whether he should publish a book with “dirt” on Stone, which would contain many “disturbing, perverse and unprofessional stories”.
