“Go ahead, brother” presents the story of Oskar Gwiazda (Piotr Witkowski), who, after a tragic action by an elite police unit, is thrown out of the service and starts working in a shopping complex. His situation is quite complicated – not only does he struggle with guilt, but he also tries to pay off his father’s debts in order to help the family.
Of course, he does it in the worst possible way, and the chain reaction he will cause will soon put his loved ones in danger – his sister Marta (Aleksandra Adamska) and his brother-in-law and best friend Sylwek (Konrad Eleryk). The basis of the story (apart from the Star’s dilemmas) are relationships. The friendship between Oskar and Sylwek is perfectly outlined – their brotherhood and loyalty. The series is still extremely popular, and viewers are waiting with bated breath for Netflix’s decision on the next season.

“If there is a role that requires physical preparation like this one, it takes many months – I’m talking about muscles, posture. We had preparations with the guys from Umbrella Protection, former GROM members, who trained us in tactics, how to behave, what is important and what is not. It really bonded our group of seven actors (…) We worked together very closely and created such energywhich would not have been possible to create without these preparations,” says Piotr Witkowski about preparations for Netflix’s “Go Ahead, Brother.”
