Viki Gabor criticized Roxie Węgiel’s choices. He wants to promote music, not clothes

Vicki Gabor and Roxie Coal are young stars who have already made a name for themselves in the world of show business and achieved a lot in their music careers. It often happens that the media compares them as rivals, which is due to the similarities in their path to the top. However, both singers have been emphasizing for a long time that they have mutual sympathy for each other and do not feel any rivalry between them.

Both the beginnings of the careers of Viki Gabor and Roxie Wegiel are related to the TVP program “The Voice Kids”. They both took part in the talent show as very young singers. Viki appeared in the second edition of the format, which she managed to win. Roxie, in turn, paved the way for her. She appeared in the first edition of “The Voice Kids” and was the first winner of the program in history. The next step in the careers of both artists was to represent Poland in Eurovision Song Contest. Viki was a representative of our country in 2019, and her older colleague the year before. Both won the prestigious competition.

The further careers of both singers took a slightly different course, but they are still compared by many people. In the last interview conducted by the Vibez portal on the occasion of the premiere of the latest album, Viki Gabor mentioned the activities that Roxie Węgiel undertakes in her professional work. She commented on her choices and emphasized that she would not like to follow her path.

Roxie Węgiel, since she came of age, has been trying to break away from the image of a young star. The 19-year-old singer has been increasingly appearing at various events in outfits that strongly expose her figure, emphasizing her adulthood. She has also become the face of one of the popular lingerie brands. She shares many photos from advertising sessions on social media. Additionally, large billboards with Roxie’s image have appeared all over Poland, on which she promotes the brand’s swimsuits and lingerie.

16-year-old Viki Gabor was asked if she plans to follow in her industry colleague’s footsteps in a few years. She quickly denied it, emphasizing that she would like to focus on promoting her music and not advertising other brands.

“I make music. I don’t want to offend anyone, but I, making music, I’m an artist and I make music. I wouldn’t want to promote underwear or anything like that. I want to promote music – let’s put it that way. But everyone has a different approach to everything. I’m like that, some people are like that,” explained Viki Gabor.
