A detailed process has now begun, during which a committee of experts will select candidates for the Polish representative from among hundreds of submitted applications. The jurors will carefully listen to each song and then rate it, paying attention to: the quality and originality of the song, the song’s competition potential, and the vocal level and stage presence of the performer in the live recording.
In the next stage, the artists selected by the jury will be invited to live auditions to prove that their stage presence is equal to studio conditions. Additionally, TVP reserved the right to award from one to three “Participation cards”, which will guarantee the singers direct advancement to the final concert. During the final game, the viewers themselves will decide the verdict.

The final televised concert with the selected candidates will take place in February 2026. Then, via SMS voting, viewers will choose the Polish representative who will go to Eurovision in Vienna in red and white colors.
“The winner will be selected solely on the basis of SMS voting, and if there is a tie or system failure, the decision will be made by a five-person reserve jury, selected from among the commission members,” announces Telewizja Polska.
The representative selected by the viewers will spend many weeks preparing to perform on the big music stage. The 70th Eurovision Song Contest will not start until the middle of next year. The semi-finals are scheduled for May 12 and 14, 2026and the grand finale will take place two days later – May 16, 2026.
