The series achieved 12 percent share in the 4+ group and 11 percent in the commercial 16-59 group. Once again, it was the best result among all television stations at this time of broadcast in both groups.
After the end of the 17th season of “Cops”, on Friday, December 6 at 5:00 p.m. Polsat will show the pilot of a new series “Life on the edge”! This is a new proposal from the creators of “Cops”. The heroes of the series “Life on the Edge” are not only police officers, but also firefighters and health care workers – paramedics and emergency room doctors who participate in interventions and actions. Viewers will see how the characters’ professional lives constantly intertwine with their private lives and what the costs are related to saving health and life on a daily basis.
– In the series “Cops” we focus on one professional group – detectives. In “Life on the Edge” we show the work of three groups: the police, the health service and firefighters. The way they sacrifice themselves for others, often at the expense of their own families. And it is the stories from their lives that we tell, intertwining them with the challenges that our heroes struggle with every day. The actors who met on the set created an atmosphere as if they had known each other for years and I hope that this wonderful energy will be felt in the pilot of our new series – announces Outset Films producer Karolina Fiedotow.
