Now the scandal returns thanks to the latest interview with Guy Pearce for The Hollywood Reporter, in which he confessed that he fell victim to Spacey years ago on the set of the movie “The Secrets of Los Angeles”.
Nominated for this year’s Oscars for the supporting role in “The Brutalist”, Guy Pearce won the unpleasant confession to stop underestimating what happened to him and recognize that although he was not a victim to the same extent as Anthony Rapp, he experienced it incorrect behavior.
“I was probably to some extent; but definitely not to the extent that other people experienced it,” Pearce began.
“I was afraid of Kevin because he is a rather explosive man. He is extremely charming and brilliant in what he does – really impressive. He can take up space. But I was young and susceptible, and he took me to the goal, undoubtedly” – confesses Pearce in conversation from The Hollywood Reporter, pointing out that the only moments he felt safe on the set in the presence of Spacey is those when he appeared The director who influenced Kevin more strongly.

“We worked together a long time ago. If I did something that offended you, you could talk to me. We could have this conversation, but instead you decided to talk to the press. Now, of course, everyone is applying for my answer to what you said. Seriously you want to know What is my answer? I shot ‘Garden of good and evil’, just to spend time with me? – Spacey asks Pearce in the recording.
“I went through hell and back, and you now go on a mission to do what? What has stopped you for so long?” – Spacey expressed his surprise that the actor only speaks now, nearly 30 years later.
“I am here to talk at any time, anywhere. We can even do it live on X, if you want. I have nothing to hide,” Spacey summed up, inviting Pearce to a meeting.
Guy Pearce did not comment on Spacey’s statement at the moment.
