The Dumplings are currently celebrating their 10th anniversary of stage work. The duo, consisting of Justyna Święs and Kuba Karaś, decided to organize a few surprises for their loyal fans. The first of them was the premiere of two new songs – “In our concrete city” (which is a continuation of the song “Concrete Forest” from the debut album) and “It won’t happen again”. The duo then also announced the release of a vinyl version of their latest album “PARADISE”.
The Dumplings Orchestra is back! A unique project on the route to celebrate the 10th anniversary
Another treat for fans on the occasion of the anniversary was a concert tour. As part of it, The Dumplings brought a project from seven years ago back to life! “The Dumplings Orchestra” it was created with the intention of performing on the main stage Open’er Festival in 2017. The repertoire that the band arranged for this occasion hit the hearts of the audience, which is why the duo decided to present it live again – during the next two concert tours.
“The Dumplings Orchestra” now returns with completely new song arrangements. Wojciech Kostrzewa is responsible for preparing the orchestration. The band will present its repertoire only in a few clubs across Poland, where they have already had the opportunity to perform several times. So far, the performances have taken place in Szczecin, Gdańsk, Katowice, Warsaw and Kraków. Subsequent concerts will take place in Łódź (November 28), Bielsko-Biała (November 29), Wrocław (December 14) and Poznań (December 15).
