Kaśka – as soon as Agnieszka tells her about her father’s disappearance – will think that Czesław could have come to the capital to visit his wife’s grave. He will go to the cemetery and see it from a distance. He’ll call his sister right away.
– I’ll take him with me and bring him to Włocławek in the evening – he promised, and then he walked up to Czesław and sat down next to him on the bench.

– You don’t have to repay anything. It’s enough if you don’t avoid contact – he will hear.
