Children’s joy and adrenaline in Trzepowo
If you haven’t had the opportunity to go snowtubing yet this season, we have found the best place for you – just a 40-minute drive from Gdańsk. The Ski Center in Trzepowo is a real winter paradise, and the conditions there are very good. The center has two ski lifts for snowtubing with one of the longest slopes in Pomerania, and the cost of a single slope is PLN 10-11.
It is also an ideal place for beginner skiers and snowboarders. The slopes are lit, groomed and artificially snowed, which provides excellent conditions for evening skiing. There is a professional ski school and equipment rental on site. And if you are looking for something completely free, there is a hill right next to it, perfect for classic sledding. After winter fun, you can warm up by the fireplace in a local bar overlooking the slope.
The magic of a real sleigh ride at the Karino Stable
Just an hour away from Gdańsk, in the picturesque heart of Kashubia, you will find a place that will take you back in time. Karino Stable organizes traditional horse-drawn sleigh rides. The ride route leads through fairy-tale forests and meadows near Lake Gowidlińskie.
This is a perfect option both for families with children and for a romantic getaway for two. Please remember that reservations are accepted only by phone.
A walk with a smiling alpaca by your side
What if you took a winter walk in the company of a fluffy, always smiling animal? In Kashubia you will find places that allow you to feel close to nature.
This is no ordinary zoo. The main attraction here is the opportunity to take the alpaca for a walk around the picturesque surroundings. It’s an experience that relaxes and brings a lot of smiles. An hour-long walk for a group of up to 4 people costs PLN 100. It is worth emphasizing that visits by external guests require prior arrangement by phone so as not to disturb the peace of people staying overnight on site. There you will also meet a real star – the capybara, as well as friendly rabbits, chickens and colorful pheasants. It’s a perfect idea for a family trip and an unforgettable photo session.

Skiing with a sea view? A Sopot classic that I love
Not nearby, but in the very heart of Tricity, you will find an attraction that combines urban style with winter madness. We are talking about Łysa Góra – a ski slope that offers the possibility of skiing with a panoramic view of the Bay of Gdańsk.
Thanks to artificial snow and lighting, the fun lasts until late in the evening. Currently, the conditions on the slope are very good and the snow cover reaches 30 cm. Prices are affordable – a single entry costs PLN 5, and a pass for 10 entries costs PLN 45. There is an atmospheric inn downstairs, where you can warm up with a cup of delicious tea.
