Stanisław Sparażyński is dead. The sad news about the actor’s death was announced by the Warsaw branch of the Association of Polish Stage Artists in a post on Facebook. Sparażyński was 94 years old.
“Our beloved, cordial friend, a wonderful actor and a wonderful man, a long-time member of ZASP, passed away yesterday to the heavenly stage. Goodbye, dear Staszek,” we read.
Information was also provided about the actor’s funeral, which will take place on December 2.
“The farewell to Stanisław Sparażyński will take place on December 2 at 1:00 p.m. in the Parish of St. Augustine in Warsaw at 18 Nowolipki Street. Later he will be taken to the Bródno Cemetery,” it was reported.

Stanisław Sparażyński was born on July 22, 1931 in Golina. He began his theater career in the mid-1950s. He made his debut at the Estrady Theater in Poznań, and later performed in theaters in Gniezno, Toruń, Łódź and Warsaw, including: at the National Theater and the Ateneum Theater.
At the same time, he developed his film and television career, appearing in productions such as “Dom”, “Zmiennicy”, “Deja vu”, “Tajemnica Sagali” and in newer series: “Świat dla Kiepskich”, “Na Wspólnej” and “Na dobre i na evil”. He last appeared in 2022 in the short film “Rotmistrz Pilecki”.
