Premiere episode of the second season of the series “Silos” will debut on Apple TV on November 15, 2024. Subsequent episodes (the latest installment consists of ten episodes) will be broadcast weekly until January 2025. During the panel at Comic Con devoted to the production, the team visiting the stage (Rebecca Ferguson, Hugh Howey, Graham Yost, Common) was joined by Steve Zachn (“White Lotus”), who will play one of the key characters this season.
“Silos” will also feature Tim Robbins, Harriet Walter, Chinaza Uche, Avi Nash, Alexandria Riley and Iain Glen.
Series “Silo” is a picture of a dystopian world where people have hidden underground. According to what they know, the Earth now resembles a sandy wasteland, but is the information from 140 years ago true? The city located beneath the surface of the planet, built from a huge silo, seems to be a safe place until Juliette Nichols, an engineer living on the lowest levels of the silo, begins to look for answers to questions that intrigue her. The production is an adaptation of the book trilogy by Hugh Howey.
In the latest episodes, as we learn from the material published on Entertainment Weekly, viewers will follow two parallel stories. The first one is the story of Juliette, who after leaving the silo has to find a safe place, and the second one is the fate of the other characters, who intend to start a…rebellion. A large part of the first episode will also be devoted to the events that took place in the silo to which the main character will be sent.
