Another episode is behind us “Dancing with the Stars”which took place on All Souls’ Day – an extremely important holiday for Poles, during which we especially remember our loved ones who are no longer with us. The dance program also included space for reflection – Anna Mucha along with Maurycy Popiel They paid tribute with their choreography Joanna Kołaczkowska, Stanisław Soyka and their own grandmothers.
After the episode was broadcast, one of the experts sitting at the jury table – Rafał Maserak – in an interview with Kozaczek he said that moments of reflection are needed even in entertainment programs. “We also need moments like this. We have such a time, it just happened to be All Souls’ Day, so I think it was a nice tribute, a nice gesture,” the dancer emphasized.

During the interview, Maserak also mentioned Fr Zbigniew Wodeckiwho left in 2017 and previously was closely associated with “Dancing with the Stars” for many years. The outstanding musician sat on the jury table of the TV show for twelve editions. The dancer said that they knew each other not only from the program, but also from other professional endeavors.
“I actually worked with Zbyszek too. I participated in his concerts and we toured Poland with New Year’s concerts every year for five years, so I performed with him on stage and I have fantastic memories of Zbyszek. Exactly, I can afford it because he said to me ‘don’t call me sir, just call me Zbyszek'” – revealed Rafał Maserak.

It turns out that the juror of the Polsat show often mentions Wodecki. In the interview, he emphasized that he was a person very close to him. “He is in my heart and is a very important person because we also spent a lot of time during the production of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and outside production, so I remember this man really with great sentiment and great emotions, and he is close to my heart,” he said.
The dancer also revealed what the singer was like every day when the cameras stopped recording and the spotlight faded. “He was himself at every moment. Whether there were cameras or not. A fantastic man, the soul of the company and, above all, with his heart on his sleeve” – Maserak summed up.
