The 2nd season of “Police Record” is coming, the highly anticipated Apple TV thriller that captured the hearts of viewers. The cast will once again include Oscar and BAFTA winner Peter Capaldi and award nominee Laurence Olivier and Critics Choice Award nominee Cush Jumbo. Both stars are also executive producers of the series.
“Created by BAFTA nominee Paul Rutman, ‘Police Record’ is a drama set in the heart of contemporary London, revealing the helplessness of law enforcement in a situation where the truth becomes elusive. In the new season, a young man is killed during a political rally; rival police officers, June Lenker and Daniel Hegarty, are forced to form an uneasy alliance. The search for the perpetrator turns into a secret operation,” we read in the press release.

The premiere of season 2 of the series is scheduled for Wednesday, April 22. Subsequent episodes will be broadcast weekly until Wednesday, June 10. The cast includes Shaun Dooley, Stephen Campbell Moore and Charlie Creed-Miles, as well as Dustin Demri-Burns, Luca Pasqualino, Luther Ford, Lyndsey Marshall and Peter Sullivan.
