On Thursday, August 29, an outdoor screening of the film ” will take place in Warsaw.Shrek“, in the Polish dubbing version the voice was provided by Jerzy Stuhr. The legendary actor played the role of Donkey in all parts of the animation and was forever remembered by viewers.
The screening will take place at 9:00 PM at the National Film Archive – Audiovisual Institute in Warsaw. Admission is free. You had to register for the screening in advance. Jerzy Stuhr died on July 9 at the age of 77. He was buried in the family tomb at the Rakowicki Cemetery in Krakow. The actor, who also worked as a director and screenwriter, had two heart attacks and in recent years had also been battling laryngeal cancer.
