Prime Video published an official trailer and new photos from the 2nd season of the series “Maxton Hall – Two Worlds”. These materials were first presented to the gathered viewers during the Prime Video Retreat in Ibiza.
The second edition of the history of James and Ruba will premiere on November 7. Teaser announces great emotions and dramatic twists, giving a foretaste of what awaits the main characters. See the trailer here!
The first three episodes from the six -part season will appear on the Prime Video on November 7, 2025, and the next will be published every week – until the grand finale on November 28.
Ruby feels that everything finally begins to form her thoughts. An unexpected random accident in James’s family destroys this peace – and it is him who, among all people, brutally brings her to earth. Ruby is broken. She had never felt such strong feelings as James before – and no one had ever hurt her so deeply. She wants to go back to her old life, when no one in Maxton Hall knew her yet, and she was not part of the elite world of her peers. But he can’t forget about James – especially since he does everything in his power to get her back.
In addition to Damian Hardung and Harriet Herbig-Matten in the cast of the second season we will see again: Sonia Weißer as Lydia, Ben Felipe as Cyrila, Fedja Van Huête as a Mortimer, Runa Greiner as Ember, Justus Riesner as Alistair, Andrea Guo as Lin, Frederica Balonier as Kierani and Ela Riccardi as Elaine.
The director of the second season “Maxton Hall – Two Worlds” is Martin Schreier again (Fabyka Dreams). The producers are Markus Brunnemann and Ceylan Yildirim, who also plays the role of the main screenwriter of the series. Julian Lima Dehne and Marlene Melchior also participated in working on the script. Valentin Debler remains the producer of UFA Fiction. The series is supported by the German Film Fund German Motion Picture Fund (GMPF).
After the huge success of the 1st season, which turned out to be the most watched international original Prime Video production in history (he took first place in the Prime Video rankings in over 120 countries) – the creators are coming back with the second season, but that’s not all! As it turns out – we will also see the third installment of the hit Prime Video.
The new edition will be a continuation of the story of Ruba and James, based on the novel “Save Us”, which is the third part of the best -selling trilogy by Mona Kasten, published by LYX (in Poland by Jaguar in Poland).
