Marcin Millerdisco polo star known for such hits as “You are crazy”, in recent months he had to face serious health problems. The musician suffers from a hernia of three vertebrae. He also shares his struggles with fans on social media.
At one of the recordings he published, he showed how difficult everyday life became for him: “Like every morning, the simplest things are the most difficult. I have already put on panties. This is a challenge, I will not put the sock anymore” – he said, not hiding pain.

Rehabilitation every day and training at home
In an interview with “Fakt”, the artist admitted that he must take care of the spine every day, supporting the help of specialists:
“I have rehabilitation almost every day. Not on the National Health Fund, because there are huge queues. I go privately and I pay a lot for each visit” – he emphasized.
In addition to treatments, he uses the help of a personal trainer and a masseur, and in the house he performs recommended exercises.
“I got into my mind that I practice it every morning. Anyway, I never broke up” – he added.
Pain is unbearable
Although rehabilitation brings improvement, Miller does not hide that it is a painful and difficult process.
“These are exercises that must go with their rhythm. But there are also moments when the masseur must act, and then I scream in pain and curse. He understands that he can hurt a lot. And he is not surprised at all,” he says openly.
Miller’s rehabilitation prices are not the lowest
Treatment costs are rising from week to week, especially since the treatments take place regularly. “I pay PLN 150-250 for such one screening. But it’s worth paying. After such rehabilitation I don’t feel tired, only happy,” Miller confessed.
The stage is still his place, but without madness
Despite the health problems, the boys leader does not plan to end his career. Although he had to adapt performances to his abilities, he still enjoyed singing. – “I can’t do some things anymore and some things ended for me. I had to accept it that I can’t jump from leg to foot anymore. This is a shock and I’m afraid of my spine.”
Miller admits that he has accepted that some things are a thing of the past. He is now focusing on giving fans the most valuable to the fans – music.
