In the new episode “M is for love” Magda’s situation becomes more and more dramatic – the woman does not know where the accusations came from and must defend her innocence during subsequent interrogations.
After two days, Budzyńska will still be in custody, answering further questions – more and more stressed with each interrogation.
– Do you maintain your previous explanation that you do not know the account number to which the money was transferred?
– Of course I support it!
– And you don’t have a bank account in the Cayman Islands…
– Not in the Cayman Islands, not in Switzerland, or anywhere else abroad! I repeat: I have no idea who transferred this money! Certainly not me!
Magda will be completely devastated.
– God, Piotrek, I can’t believe what’s happening! This visit to court, this hearing… it’s a nightmare! Should I stay in custody? Like some criminal? I haven’t done anything wrong.
And when the prosecutor (played by Marcin Kaleta) joins the case, Magda will completely break down.
– We have a month for preparatory proceedings… And if necessary, I will ask the court to extend the pre-trial detention. You can stay here for three months, six months, or even a year.
Kinga will also be shocked – especially when the court decides that the “suspect” is to remain in custody.
– This is some terrible injustice. After all, Magda didn’t take the money, she didn’t steal it! She’s innocent!
– We know that, but the evidence shows otherwise.
Meanwhile, Budzyński manages to meet his wife quietly, but only thanks to a clever trick. The director of the detention center, who turns out to be his friend, will arrange for Magda to consult a cardiologist. And the lawyer will show up at the clinic, pretending to be a doctor – to support his loved one and hold him in his arms, at least for a moment.
– I don’t understand any of this! I don’t know how it happened… What did I do wrong?
– You didn’t do anything… It’s just… someone wanted to hurt you and succeeded. And I didn’t realize it, I lost my vigilance, I didn’t act in time. I didn’t stop him. I’m sorry, honey. (…) I’ll get you out of there, I promise. And I will find out who is behind all this! You have my word.
We reveal that the 1893 episode of “M jak miłość” will be broadcast on Monday, December 1 at 20.55 on TVP2.
