Luna just before performing at Eurovision 2024. “I feel this energy”

24 years old Glow she had been waiting for this performance for several months. After a series of technical tests and the so-called dress rehearsals (dress rehearsals with the participation of journalists and spectators), today the Pole will fight to advance to Saturday's final of the competition. To be included, it must rank in the top ten, which means it must be better than at least five other countries.

This will not be an easy task, because each team prepared a show at a high level, and Luna's rivals include: Croatia, tipped to win the entire Eurovision Song Contest, danceable Cyprus, touching Ukraine and theatrical, spectacular and evoking extreme emotions Ireland. There will also be both fun and controversial performances – the Finns and Slovenia will take care of this.

Journalists accredited to the competition believe that Poland should advance further. The professionalism of the performance, the scenography and the catchy song are emphasized and praised. They also point out that Luna's vocals have improved significantly over the past few weeks.

Poles can also vote for Poland – but only those residing in one of the 14 other countries taking part in Tuesday's semi-final and in Germany, Great Britain and Sweden. And since many of our compatriots live there, the Luna team is counting on success. Poles living all over the world can also vote, but they can only do it online.

The organizers have prepared a fantastic show, showing the latest technological possibilities and reminiscent of many Eurovision hits. The competition will begin Eleni Foureira from Cyprus and Chanel from Spain, which came close to winning in 2018 and 2022, respectively, taking second place, and the favorite of the Swedes, which once appeared at the festival in Sopot Eric Saade. There will be a song by last year's winner – Loreen – but in a completely new version.

About who will advance to Saturday's grand final, in which we will also see five countries of the so-called the big five (countries paying the highest membership fee to the Eurovision organizer – the Union of European Broadcasters) and the host of the competition, Sweden, will be decided only by Eurovision viewers. The jurors cast their votes after the Monday evening rehearsal, but their scores will only be taken into account if there are technical problems with the viewers' voting.

Interestingly, you can already vote! This can be done by residents of non-participating countries via a special, official application. Their votes will be added up and added to those traditionally cast via text messages from the countries that will perform on stage. Additionally, residents of Great Britain, Germany and Sweden can vote in the first semi-final. While the so-called the rest of the world can vote until the start of the live broadcast of the show, while Eurovision fans from the countries that will perform on stage will be able to vote for 20 minutes after the end of all competition performances.

This year's scene is a masterpiece Florian Weider, German designer and television producer. Although it would seem that everything has already been invented, his designs prove (and he has already designed several Eurovision scenes) that this is not true. The stage in Malmo, Sweden, is breathtaking and uses the most modern and complex stage techniques. Also in this respect, Eurovision is a unique event. They are worth watching.

Eurovision fans appeal for Poland's support and publish telephone numbers of countries from which it will be possible to vote for Luna.
