Eurovision 2024 will start on May 7 and last until May 11. She will represent Poland Aleksandra WielgomasThat is Glow, which will try to conquer Sweden with the song “The Tower”. This decision was made during internal pre-selections by the jury composed of: Kasia Moś, Piotr Klatt, Michał Hanczak, Konrad Szczęsny and Łukasz Pieter.
Glow will appear in the first semi-final (May 7), and will compete, among others, with vocalists from Croatia, Ukraine, Ireland, Lithuania, Finland, Iceland and Cyprus.
Promoting her song, the Polish representative went on a Eurovision tour, which included, among others: Madrid, Barcelona, London, Amsterdam, Stockholm and Oslo.
Luna's performances aroused media interest, but they focused primarily on the singer's weakening voice. The manager confirmed that the Polish representative had contracted an infection.
Now Luna has published a short recording online in which, with a clearly audible hoarseness, she announces the cancellation of performances in Amsterdam and Stockholm.
“As you can see, I was already packed for Amsterdam and Stockholm. I couldn't wait to see you, because music and meetings with you are healing. Unfortunately, I have to heal my voice first, as you can hear. I'm really sad and I hope that you will forgive me. My heart is with you. I hope that I will be able to visit Amsterdam and Stockholm as soon as possible,” she said.
