The first details of the burial were provided by Renata Pałys, a long-time friend of the deceased, who played the role of Helena Paździoch in the series. The actress will be buried in Legnica, her hometown, with which she was particularly close. He will rest next to his beloved parents.
“All formalities are being completed today because she did not die in Legnica. (…) At the moment, I am not able to say which cemetery and when,” Pałys said in an interview with the Jastrząb Post editorial office.
The exact date and time of the funeral will be announced tomorrow (Tuesday, June 11), when the official announcement will be made.
The actress struggled for a long time with chronic lung disease, hypertension and depression. She has experienced plenty of tragedy in her life; many called her the “black widow” because she buried 4 husbands during her lifetime.
“It wasn't a sudden death. Marzena had been seriously ill for some time, but she didn't want to talk about it. She simply lost to a very serious disease,” Renata Pałys told Super Express. The actress saw her friend a few hours before her death in a hospice in Wrocław. Her condition was already very bad, which Pałas confessed in an interview with a breaking voice.
