“This year is not the easiest one for me. I said goodbye to Gray, five days later to my dad, and now to my mom. Saying goodbye is difficult. Even on the platform, even though we know where the train is going,” she informed.
Kayah opens up after a difficult period
Kayah recently appeared in RMF FM’s “Psiodcast”, where she talked about how she went through a difficult time after her mother’s death: “I was with my mother at the hospital until 5 p.m. and my mother… I have it recorded. Too late, of course, I remembered that I have the recording function on my phone. My mother told me how she was leaving her body. She said that her nerves were running away, her muscles were running away.”
It was then, as the artist admitted, that she understood what was happening: “I knew it was really happening. I knew it was the last time I would see my mother.”
