Karpiel-Bułecka appealed to tourists going to Zakopane. “There is no room anyway”

Earth Festival is an event that aims to promote ecological values. “A small change multiplied by billions of people gives a global change” – the organizers claim. This year’s festival slogan is “I love this country”. Artists will present selected pieces that will illustrate the most beautiful places in Poland.

“During this year’s, and importantly, the seventh edition of the festival, we want to focus on our beautiful Poland. We take care of the places we love, so with us and future generations in mind, we want to promote an idea that will encourage joint care for the environment in our immediate surroundings. Think globally, act locally – this slogan is closer to us than ever before. And this year in Uniejów, we want to encourage this in particular,” says the festival’s originator and co-organizer, Mariusz Woźniczka.

The following will appear on stage: Maryla Rodowicz, Alicja Majewska, Kamil Bednarek, Zakopower, Staszek z Gór, Julia Pietrucha, Wiktor Dyduła, Kaliber 44 feat. Fokus & Rahim & Kleszcz, Wiktor Waligóra, Natalia Nykiel, Majka Jeżowska, Mała Army Janosika, Weronika Korthals, Konin Gospel Choirand they will be accompanied by Stokłosa Collective Orchestra under the direction of Jan Stokłosa.

Staszek from the Mountain, or Stanisław Karpiel-Bułecka, In a conversation with Interia, he not only revealed how he tries to take care of the environment, but also appealed to tourists.

– Today I have the pleasure of being at this fantastic festival related to ecology. Ecology is close to me because I try to take care of various things: electricity, what we heat with. We have the opportunity in Zakopane to have geothermal energy and renewable sources, thanks to which our highland climate is relatively clean – he said.

– Let’s remember, inform and educate people. To turn off the lights, not to wash for 2 hours, to separate the waste, and above all not to go to Zakopane – I will say from this place – if you have 5 cars and you are going in five, do not go in five of them, but in one in five, because there is no room in Zakopane for you to fit anyway, and at the same time you will go ecologically – he appealed during a conversation with Interia.

The concert will be broadcast on Polsat TV and on the Interia Home Page from 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 7.
