Baldoni not only stood behind the camera, but also played the role of neurosurgeon Ryle Kincaid – one of the main characters. His on-screen partner was Blake Lively (“Gossip Girl”, “The Age of Adaline”). The actress played Lily Bloom, a woman with a difficult past who tries to find happiness in a new relationship. We can also see Jenny Slate, Brandon Sklenar and Hasan Minhaj in the production.
“It Ends with Us” was a major box office success; With a budget of just $25 million, the film grossed as much as $350 million globally. However, it is not financial results, but… scandals related to the cast and subject of the film causedthat it was talked about almost everywhere.

However, they caused a real media storm reports from behind the scenes. At the end of 2024, Blake Lively accused director Justin Baldoni of abuse and creating a toxic atmosphere on the set. In response, Baldoni filed a lawsuit against the actress, accusing her of manipulation and undermining his reputation. A federal court in New York rejected Baldoni’s lawsuit against Lively, granting the actress’s request. The case is not completely closed yet; The actress’ original lawsuit against Baldoni is still pending.

The film “It Ends With Us” is available on Netflix from January 9. Immediately after its streaming premiere, the production took first place in the Top 10 most watched titles in Poland. In second place is the new platform – “People We Meet on Vacation” (premiere: January 9). The podium is completed by the Polish film “Sex for Dummies” starring Ilona Ostrowska and Piotr Adamczyk.
