‘Harry Potter’: This deleted scene could have changed the perception of Hogwarts

In the series “Harry Potter” not all the scenes shot were included in the final version of the film. Some of them were deleted for various reasons. The removal of one of them was particularly disliked by Hogwarts fans.

The fourth part of the adventures of a young wizard called “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” focuses on showing a big event at school, which is the organization of the Triwizard Tournament. One of the deleted scenes makes fans better understand the topics.

The deleted scene is related to the moment when the schools participating in the Triwizard Tournament are presenting their skills in the Great Hall. Students from the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic and the Durmstrang Institute of Magic can then be seen presenting their skills. However, the viewers did not see the most important issue, which was the presentation of the event organizers themselves – Hogwarts students.

It turns out that the deleted scene refers to the moment when the hosts of the Triwizard Tournament were introduced. Hogwarts students also decided to present their skills. However, they will distinguish themselves from their rivals by deciding to… sing the anthem!

This scene outlined the differences that existed between Hogwarts and the rest of the schools. It showed that students led by Albus Dumbledore have a completely different approach from their peers.

Ultimately, the Hogwarts anthem did not appear in the final version of the film. Fans were saddened by this news.

Currently, work is underway on the creation of a TV series version of the adventures of Harry Potter. HBO will reproduce each of the books about the adventures of the young wizard. JK Rowling, the author of the series, will help with the production. The information about the return to Hogwarts in the series version sparked many discussions among the biggest fans.
