In a series of posts on the X platform (incidentally owned by Musk since 2023), the artist described her memories related to the court battle for custody of her children.
Grimes mentioned that during the court case, her public activities were cited as arguments regarding her parenting abilities. She added that the legislation of the state where the trial took place was not favorable to women.
“I haven’t seen one of my children for five months (…) What I can say publicly is just the tip of the iceberg,” the artist confessed.
Grimes did not reveal details about the situation regarding her children. She also described how difficult it was for her to break up with Musk, whom she described as “the love of her life.”
Grimes also announced that she feels ready to return to artistic work.
Elon Musk became a father 12 times. The three from Grimes mentioned above. With his first wife, Justine Wilson, he had seven children: Griffin Musk, Vivian Jenna Wilson, triplets Kai, Saxon and Damian, and the late Alexander. In 2021, Shivon Zilis gave birth to Musk’s twins, Strider and Azure.
