The action of the series “Shadow Game” is supposed to take place in the 1950s. The plot has not been revealed yet, although we know that the production will contain crime and espionage threads. It is known who will play the main roles and where the filming will take place.
In the production, which he directs Kinga Dębska, as many as 150 actors will appear. The photos are taken, among others, in Łódź, Zgierz, Pabianice, Kalisz and the Bełchatów commune.
“The script was written by the Świerkocki couple from Łódź. After many years, we managed to finance it. The series is produced by Opus Film, a wonderful company with which I made 'Fire Festival'. I'm laughing that we have a lot of Oscar winners on this set, because it's in “This is largely the team behind the successes of 'Strefa biznes' and 'Cold War' and, above all, 'Ida',” Kinga Dębska said in mid-March in an interview with the “Dzień Dobry Bełchatów” portal.
The main roles in the film are played by: Natalia Rybicka (“Londoners”, “Lesson plan”), Karolina Gruszka (“Too Big for Fairy Tales”, “The Genetic Code”), Grzegorz Małecki (“Blondynka”, “Friends”) i Marcin Hycnar (“Servant of the Nation”, “Supernova”).
The series “Shadow Game” will debut on television in the fall. The production will probably be broadcast from September on TVP1.
